ENTRY RULES

You may enter one product into as many relevant categories as you wish. If you require support or guidance, please contact us at hello@organicbabyawards.com

There is no limit to the amount of entries/products you can submit, but each entry must have its own application form and fee, submitted and paid for separately.

Products do not have to be currently on the market, but you must be able to submit samples for testing before the deadline.

The Organic & Sustainable Baby Awards reserve the right to move entries into different categories if they are better suited to an alternative category. This is always done with the aim of giving entries the best chance during the testing/judging phase. Unfortunately we won’t be able to let entrants know about the category move before the results are announced.

The Organic Baby Awards reserve the right to cancel, or merge categories, if there are insufficient entries in to certain categories.

All incomplete entry forms and unpaid entries will be disqualified.

You will be required to send 2 product samples for most items. Small items such as baby-wipes, nappies and snacks may require 4 samples. For extra-large items such as cots, furniture and buggies, 1 sample is usually sufficient. Your sample requirements will be shared with you after your entry has been submitted. All samples are non-returnable.

All samples must reach us by 14th June 2024. Any samples received after this date may be disqualified. The Organic & Sustainable Baby Awards do not take responsibility for samples lost or damaged in the post.

Once a product has been entered, the entry fee paid and samples received, a shortlisted logo will be provided for your use. This logo may be used license free, at no additional cost during the judging phase of the awards . This logo must not be used on marketing materials/packaging/store fronts or printed in any way. Disclaimer

The Organic & Sustainable Baby Awards recognises products and services that either have an organic or sustainable element, or both, as explained in our entry criteria.

Specifically in relation to products that claim to be Organic, we would like to clarify that receiving an award from us does not constitute an endorsement of a product's organic claims. It is the sole responsibility of the entering brand to ensure the accuracy and truthfulness of their application for consideration and any organic certifications they may hold.

We are not an independent evaluator of organic claims, but rather an organisation that celebrates and highlights exceptional products within this niche market. While we strive to maintain integrity in our selection process, we encourage consumers to conduct their own research and due diligence when making purchasing decisions.
